American Idol Could Be Fatal...
A Pinellas County woman has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after police said she stabbed her boyfriend after an argument over the hot show, “American Idol.”
According to St. Petersburg police, Cynthia Eileen Ware and her boyfriend, Kevin Johnson, were watching the show Tuesday night when they began arguing. Details of the argument were not immediately released.
After Johnson went to bed, police said he woke about 11:20 p.m. to find Ware stabbing and pouring boiling hot chocolate on him.
Police said Johnson grabbed the knife from Ware and ran to a parking lot, but Ware grabbed another knife and came after him.
Witnesses called 911, and police arrested Ware.
Johnson was taken to the hospital. He was stabbed in the back five times, and his injuries were not considered life-threatening.

ARE YOU READING???
In 2009, I think I read like four books....and they all just so happened to involve Twilight..... This year I have made it my resolution to read some more. (I SWEAR) Though Nicholas Sparks has two movies coming out and I think I want to read these books because I'm very much a person who needs to read the book before seeing the movie. Like today The Lovely Bones comes out CAN'T WAIT!!! If you didn't read that book-you should!!! Did you read Nicholas Sparks' Dear John and The Last Song? If so let me know what you think. And is it bad that I think Miley Cyrus' boyfriend is hot??? (he's her co-star in The Last Song too) Yeah....I said it. I hope he's over 18.....

Playboy Murder cont....
Murdered model Paula Sladewski may have left a nightclub with an unidentified man after being kicked out in the early hours of Jan. 3, investigators have told Crimesider.
According to Miami-Dade police spokesman Lt. Neal Cuevas, witnesses outside Club Space told investigators that they saw Sladewski talking, and ultimately leaving with a person described only as "a black man."
Investigators were later able to confirm that it was Sladewski on the video and that it was roughly 20 minutes after Klym was kicked out of the club.
Sladewski's burning dead body was found in a dumpster about 10 miles away in North Miami that Sunday night.

More on the Playboy Murder...as promised Was it the Boyfriend?!?
Sladewski was last seen at the all-night club at 7 a.m., according to Det. Cuevas.
Fourteen hours later, at 9 p.m., her still burning body was found in a North Miami dumpster.
It was so horribly burned, police could not identify her until Tuesday, when they used dental records.
Shortly after the body was found, Kevin Klym (her boyfriend) filed a missing persons report with the Miami police in which he said he last saw Sladewski at 9 a.m. The report says he noticed she was very drunk and asked her to leave, but she refused and began shouting. Bouncers intervened and threw Klym out, according to his statement.
He said she was wearing a short blue dress, black 6" heels and he hasn't seen her since. The report also says Sladewski has a piercing above her buttocks.
Beginin says Klym was frantic when Sladewski did not show up Sunday morning. He says he handed out missing person fliers and called Sladewski's family, the morgue and a private investigator, before finally filing the missing person's report.
"Based on what he has done, I don’t believe he should be a person of interest," Beginin said. "But it is understandable that anybody who was with a victim the night she disappeared would make that list."
Slawdewski, originally from Michigan, lived with Klym in Michigan and California. The two had been dating for 18 months, according to Klym.
Slawdewski dreamed of a career in modeling, but never quite made it big. The missing person's report listed her occupation as "stripper." Her stepfather, Richard Watkins, confirmed that she danced to make money.
Her family says she was proud of her appearance in the 2003 video "Playboy: The Ultimate Playmate Search," and excited for the future. A former boyfriend, David Coleman, said that she loved her association with Playboy, had a collection of Playboy bunnies and painted her kithen pink.
Sladewski and Klym were visiting Sladewski's sister, Kelly Farris, during the holiday week. Her body is being flown back to Michigan for a close casket funeral.

FRANCE INTRODUCES A NEW LAW!
This article was just released. What are your thoughts?
France to introduce new law banning 'psychological violence' in marriages
By Peter Allen
France will become the first country in the world to ban 'psychological violence' within marriage later this year.
The new law, which would also apply to co-habiting couples, would see people getting criminal records for insulting their loved ones during domestic arguments.
Electronic tagging would be used on repeat offenders, according to the country's prime minister, Francois Fillon, who announced the law.

If it proves successful, it could be introduced in other European countries including Britain.
But critics dismissed the measure as a 'gimmick' which would be impossible to implement.
The law is particularly aimed at protecting women who currently suffer the worst attacks of this kind, ranging from off-hand comments about their appearance to threats of physical violence.
Francois Fillon
French Prime Minister Francois Fillon said electronic tagging would be used on repeat offenders
Mr Fillon said: 'It's an important step forward as the creation of this offence will allow us to deal with the most insidious situations - situations that leave no visible scars, but which leave victims torn up inside.'
He added that his government would also be experimenting with electronic surveillance measures to 'monitor the effectiveness of restraining orders against a violent spouse'.
Psychologist Anne Giraud said: 'Squabbling couples will allege all kinds of things about each other, but they won't necessarily be true.
'The police are likely to be called out more and more when this law comes into force this year, but often it will be a case of one person's word against the other.
'Psychological violence is a very serious matter, but punishing it through the courts is a very different matter altogether.'
Critics have also said the government should not be intervening in private domestic arguments in which no one got hurt.
Sociologist Pierre Bonnet said: 'The next step will be to make rudeness a criminal offence. The police and courts will be over-stretched trying to deal with the numerous cases.'
A TV advertising campaign was used last year to try and highlight domestic violence in France. It showed a husband who regularly insults his wife, leaving her mentally traumatised.
In 2008, 157 French women were killed by their husband or partner, with hundreds more suffering domestic physical violence.
A spokesman for Mr Fillon said the new law was supported by the government, and was likely to come into effect within six months.
