Dr. Phil is a Creeper

So I'm sure you're all sick of Jon and Kate stories and who cares who slept with Dave Letterman (seriously WHO CARES) but now comes out a Dr. Phil story which is so disturbing I thought it was a joke.

For those of you who don't know-A woman has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Dr. Phil McGraw, two producers and another doctor in what she alleges is a case of false imprisonment, practicing without a license, indecent exposure, battery, fraud and more.

56-year old Shirley Rae Dieu, claims she was seeking therapy from Dr. Phil in his Hollywood office in 2007 when she allegedly was held captive and "forced to be in the same room with a completely live naked man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all."

Dieu further alleges she was deprived of sleep and food, "brainwashed" and "subjected to edited tapings depicting her as a different personality other than her own." On Oct. 9, 2007, she claims Dr. Phil touched her left breast during a therapy session.

WHAT!?!

So I decided to see what kind of Medical licenses this guy has besides being recommended by Oprah and it turns out NONE! He doesn't have a license-period. Nor did he have one in the state of California according to this New York Times Blog:
"State medical ethics rules are not applicable, according to legal specialists, because Dr. McGraw is not a licensed therapist. He holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from North Texas State University and was licensed for 20 years in Texas, according to a spokeswoman at CBS, which airs his show. But he is no longer licensed in Texas, nor in California, where he now lives."

Ponder that!
